Shipping Methods:
United States:
All orders are shipped with USPS, or UPS Ground within 24 hours of receiving your order. WirelessGround.com will in its sole discretion
determine which carrier should be used to ship the orders.
Please note, most likely your order will be shipped via USPS if it is a small parcel. Packages 3 pounds and up are normally shipped UPS
Ground. Requests of shipping methods are not taken. Once your order is fulfilled, you will be given notice of the status of your order. If your order is received by 3:00 P.M. PST, it will usually ship the same business day.

Why hasn't my product shipped out yet?
When we receive your order, we ship out all items ASAP. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation number if it is being shipped via USPS or a tracking number if we have used UPS. In certain circumstances, your order will be delayed an extra 1-2 business days because of our billing verification procedures. WirelessGround.com takes numerous steps to ensure fraud protection. If your order can not be verified, it will be cancelled and you will receive an e-mail from customer care stating that your order could not be processed. WirelessGround.com reserves the right to deny any order at its sol discretion.

Shipping Prices:
United States
If your order value is $50 or greater, WirelessGround.com will ship your order for FREE anywhere in the United States. The $50 or greater value does not include sales tax (for California customers). Any order less than $50, will be charged a flat shipping and handling fee of $3.95, regardless of the size. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If you receive free shipping on an order and return the item(s), you will be charged the $3.95 flat shipping and handling fee.
Canada:
Shipping is $10 flat fee with USPS or UPS.
Canadian orders are subject to applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the US.

Shipping Time Frames:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking/delivery confirmation number to your email address and a receipt of your product order. Note: USPS delivery confirmation numbers do not provide tracking information, but confirm delivery. WirelessGround.com does acknowledge that there are delays in shipments from the shipping carriers used to fulfill your order. Some International orders are subject to customs inspection, this will delay your package arrival. WirelessGround.com is in not responsible for custom inspection delays.

Can there be
delays in delivery for my international shipment?
As soon as we receive payment, we
ship out you purchase within 1 business day from the United States. USPS
Global Priority Mail estimates its delivery timeframe at about 6-10
business days on average, this is not guaranteed. If your package is
delayed by your customs office, it may take additional time for
delivery that is out of our control and is not our responsibility. In
very rare cases, there have been packages delayed up to 30 days due to
customs delays. You may also want to contact your local post office and
ask them about any possible delays from the United States to your
destination.

Payment Methods:

WirelessGround.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Once your items are shipped, then you will be charged on your credit card. WirelessGround.com does not charge you before your items are shipped out.
If you
would like to pay by check or money order, please call us and make
arrangements, 877-764-2460. For check payments, additional time is
needed for the payment to clear before your order ships out.

Sales Tax:
WirelessGround.com customers do not pay sales tax,
unless you are a customer located in California. Customers located
in California pay the current sales tax rate of 8.25%. All tax
exempt organizations within California should enter their tax exempt
code in the comments area. Our customer service will remove the tax
after we receive the order.

information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most

forms of payment. Any time WirelessGround.com asks for a credit card number
during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted.

How do I know if a certain accessory is compatible with my phone?
All products have been tested and their compatibility has been confirmed. We make it simple. If the accessory is listed in the section of your phone model, then it's compatible with your phone. If you think there might be a product that's compatible with your phone, email our sales team at sales@wirelessground.com and we can confirm whether it is or isn't compatible with your phone.

Can I pick up my products from your location?
We do not have will-call service, we only process orders through
shipping carriers.

Return Policy:
As a customer of WirelessGround.com, you have a 14 day return policy from the time that you receive the shipment (tracked through shipping carrier). If within the 14 days you are not satisfied, you may send your product back through our return policy guidelines that are explained further in this section. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of the product being shipped back to our warehouse located in
Glendale, California. The item that you are returning must be in original condition. This means the product must be fully operating to its maximum ability and MUST be in original packaging. It must be in a “resale condition”. Any product sent back that has cosmetic or other damage, will be denied and no refund will be issued. If the item that you are returning is received by WirelessGround.com and does not meet our criteria of "resale condition," we will not issue any credit. Also, if you return a product that qualified you to receive free shipping, you will be charged $3.95. Example, you purchase 5 car chargers and the total comes out to $52.00. If you return one of the car chargers that would make your order amount less than $50.00, you will be refunded the product you returned, but you will be charged $3.95, which would be the standard shipping and handling flat fee if your order did not amount to $50 or higher+. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Items we do not accept returns on:
any CD/Software that is opened from its packaging
How do I return an item?
Follow the steps below to return your item(s) correctly to ensure you receive credit.
1) Read the Return Policy
carefully make sure your item is qualified to be returned.
2) Package your item in its “resale condition”
3) Include in the package a copy of the original invoice received from WirelessGround.com with the items circled that you wish to return.
4) COMPLETELY FILL OUT our
return form and include it in the package.
(We only accepts returns with the return form filled out completely)
Also, you must clearly label your order number somewhere on the outside of the package. You MUST SHIP OUT YOUR ITEM by the 14th calendar day of receiving your package from WirelessGround.com in order to be able to receive a credit. Send your package to WirelessGround.com via a traceable shipping carrier such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX, or the United States Postal Service (delivery confirmation). WirelessGround.com is not responsible for return items lost by the shipping carrier.

3) After we receive the package and everything is in compliance with the Return Policy, your credit card will be credited for item amount less shipping and handling fees. Any product missing or damaged, will not be credited. You will receive a credit on credit card within 14 business days of WirelessGround.com receiving your package. If you do not receive any notification from WirelessGround.com customer service via email within two business days after the initial 14 business day period, please contact customerservice@wirelessground.com immediately regarding your items returned.
Please keep a record of your tracking number. If you do not receive any notification on the status of your return, please email us with your tracking info.

Exchange Policy
There are no exchanges. You may return the item if it meets the criteria listed under the "Return Policy guidelines." When you return your item, you may then go ahead and make a new purchase. No shipping and handling fees will be refunded. Customer pays for all shipping fees acquired when sending the return item(s) to WirelessGround.com. If your item is defective, you can follow our warranty exchange procedures.
If the item you purchased is dead on arrival, please contact
customer service for resolution.

Can I cancel an order once I've made it?
NO orders may be cancelled. All orders occur in real time and cannot be cancelled after it has been placed. The customer assumes the charges when placing the order. You may return the item using our return policy once you have received the shipment. If your order is refused and returned to WirelessGround.com, you will be charged on your credit card used $7.90. No exceptions. This price is to cover our cost of shipping the product to your location and covering cost to have to shipped back to WirelessGround.com. WirelessGround.com is NOT responsible for mistyped shipping or billing information.

What if I haven't received my order?
WirelessGround.com has taken numerous steps and precautions to ensure that your order is delivered correctly. We use the tracking and delivery confirmation information provided by the shipping carrier. If you claim your package has not been delivered to the requested address in your order, WirelessGround.com will be there to help. We will launch a United States postal mail fraud investigation and also investigate with your local Postmaster. Same policy with the other shipping carriers. Mail theft is a very serious crime and we will take any necessary steps to protect our customers.

Warranty Policies
Do I have a warranty?
Yes, you have up to a one year warranty on all products through WirelessGround.com or from the manufacturer of your product. Warranties should be used only after your 14 day return policy.
GENERAL PRODUCTS WARRANTY. All after-market products sold at WirelessGround.com, except for batteries, are accompanied with a 12 month warranty. If your product is not labeled OEM somewhere in the item's description, then it is
probably an aftermarket product. To be certain, you may contact sales@wirelessground.com to further verify. This warranty is applied to any aftermarket product that fails to function due to manufacturer defect. If it is deemed that your product is not functioning due to manufacturer defect, your product will either be repaired at no cost or you will receive a new product at no cost. If the product that you purchased is not being sold at WirelessGround.com at the time of warranty exchange, then WirelessGround.com will replace it with a comparable product. Damage caused through normal wear and tear, alteration, misuse, neglect, accident, service by anyone other than the authorized service center, or an act of God does not fall into this category. If we deem the product is not covered under the warranty (at our own discretion), your warranty exchange will be rejected and the product will become property of WirelessGround.com.
Batteries:
All batteries for wireless phones come with a 30 day warranty from they day that you receive the shipment. The battery must be defective due to manufacturer defect and not functioning. Any battery that is not functioning due to customer inflicted damages is not covered under the 30 day warranty. If the battery does not hold a charge, that is not covered under this warranty. You must follow the instructions written in your wireless phone's manual regarding battery charging instructions. WirelessGround.com recommends that when you receive your battery, you charge it for 12 hours without interruption for the first time. After you charge it for 12 hours, use the phone till it drains out the power and repeat this at least 3 times after to prevent the battery from not functioning properly.
OEM PRODUCTS: Some of the products that WirelessGround.com sells are Original Equipment Manufacturer items. This means that the Manufacturer (ex. Motorola) covers the warranty and not WirelessGround.com. For "OEM" product warranties, please refer to the manufacturer for details. All OEM products display “OEM” somewhere in the product description of the item. If your product does not display original, or OEM product anywhere in the Item description, then you must refer to the GENERAL PRODUCTS WARRANTY policy. If you would like more information on how to contact your manufacturer, please contact customerservice@wirelessground.com and we will be able to further assist your needs.
How do I process a warranty?
Ship us your defective item(s) accompanied with your original receipt, the
warranty exchange form completely filled out, and a check for $3.95.
Damage received while in transit by your shipper is not our responsibility. All procedures must be followed accurately or warranty exchange will be denied.
You must include a check (personal/company) payment of $3.95 (non refundable) made out to WirelessGround.com and include this in a sealed envelope in your shipment box. The $3.95 is to cover the cost of WirelessGround.com shipping you your new or repaired product back to your address. This fee cannot be waived and is an enforced procedure. If you send the shipment without the check of $3.95 made out to WirelessGround.com, WirelessGround.com will reject your exchange and your shipment will be property of WirelessGround.com.

Pre-ordering Information
From time to time, we have incoming
inventory that is anticipated by many of our customers so we decide to
take pre-orders. First incoming shipments into our warehouse are
guaranteed to ship to customers who reserve the product and its
quantities before others.
Pre-orders may not be cancelled once
placed, if there are any delays from the timeframe specified in the
product page, we will notify you via email. Your credit card will be
authorized the purchase amount but will not be charged until the actual
order is shipped. Once the pre order is shipped, we will send you an
email confirmation ASAP.
