Answer: Unfortunately, it will not fit.
Question: Assuming my iphone 4S and its Incipio case fit in your case, will I be able to use the volume buttons?
Answer: The volume buttons are press able in the case. However this case can potentially only accept the iPhone 4s when encased in a thinner one layer, or shell style case.
