Answer: You need to put a little pressure to slide in to the holster belt clip. Once it is in, the phone will not slip out from the holster belt clip, it's tightly secured.

Question: Can I use this holster with my iPhone 4 face out or is it a face in only design?
Answer: The holster is designed to be used face in only, however we have tested this holster to also work face out. The removal process when used face out seems a bit more resistant, but is possible and secure, perfect for seeing your screen when calls or messages are coming in.

Question: how do remove the cover off of the phone? i want to put a scratchproof sheet on the phone. i can't get the case off.
Answer: These cases are designed to not come off easily.But a soft flat object will help to disengage the tabs holding the two pieces together without putting scratches on the case.

Question: can i use this with the iphone 3g?
Answer: No unfortunately this holster is only compatible with the iPhone 4 and 4S

Question: I have carpal tunnel and items fall out of my hands. If it drops, will it break?
Answer: The Apple iPhone 4 4S Shell Holster Combo - Original AIP4HOC suppose to protect the phone from preventing damage to the phone. If you accidently drop the phone with the protector case on, it should absorb a good impact but it all depends.

Question: Can the kickstand be used both horizontally and vertically??
Answer: The kickstand will be position vertically only.

Question: will the AIP4HOC combo fit an Iphone 4S from Sprint?
Answer: Yes. It will fit with either Sprint, AT&T and Verizon.

Question: Is there an easy way to remove the shell from the phone?
Answer: It is very simple to remove the shell case from the phone. With your finger's, gently pull one side of the case and it should come off in matter of seconds.

Comment: This is an awesome holster. Very nice with a subtle patterned outside that resists fingerprints. The holster holds well and can't slip out but it's easy to take it out to use. Strong clip for belt or waistline. I would have paid lots more for it!

Comment: Great case, small profile, very comfortable and fits the iPhone 4s snugly. There is one drawback with the 4S: the case causes the flash to flare/reflect into the photos. If you use your flash a lot (I don't, so no big to me), be aware of that before you choose this one.

Comment: This is my second holster and wouldn't use anything else. The flipstand on the back is invaluable to keep it upright. I just bought another one because the price was so low just to have a spare on hand. My first one is falling apart from dropping and pulling it off the phone but still useable. Removing it takes some effort but once you know the trick, it's easy. Easily the best accessory I have for my iPhone.

Comment: Got mine a year ago for new phone. The holster/case/stand combo rocks.

Case: Even with a stand, the case adds very little bulk, which I found imporant in my choice. I've dropped the phone a few times with zero damage to the phone occurring, though the case has suffered a small chip on its corner. The only unprotected areas are the top/front and bottom/front edges (and, of course, the screen face). Before installing, I had put on a screen protector. The few times I've wanted to remove the case, some slight force by fingers along one side (the non-button side) does the trick. The phone absolutely will not come out of the case by accident. I stream NFL games on the phone, and my friends get jealous when I use the stand, which stays closed unless I want it out. It holds the phone at one fixed angle, in vertical or horizontal (either left- or right-wards) orientation.

Holster: It has never come off of my belt, even though I always clip it on "upside-down" to avoid it digging into my side. On rare occasion, the phone case has begun to slip out of the holster (which I wear swiveled horizontally), but I may have failed to holster it completely. The phone without case is pretty loose in the holster; to be secure, the phone has to be in the case.

The reason I'm buying a new one is that my 9yr old son broke the stand's slider pins, which are pretty thin, made of the same rigid plastic as the case. It did last almost an entire year before breaking. He

Comment: Case came in decent time, was in good working order. Worked as expected with exception of very minor difficulty releasing the stand once deployed. Used it face out quite a bit and liked it that way but noticed markings on the soft face cover over time from the textured backing which is not a big deal. It does what I need it to do and allows me to access all the buttons/inputs I need access to easily.

Comment: Verizon actually wanted $30 for this now discontinued accessory. Even on first release, that was way over-priced! Wirelessground not only offered the item at a fair price - a true 60% discount -- but the item was delivered new and complete. One downside was the USPS taking an extra week to deliver.
