Question: re: Motorola Droid X BH5X Standard Battery - Original (OEM) SNN5865A. Is this brand new, never used, not refurbished? I'm looking for the real thing. Thanks. Jeff
Answer: We only carry brand new unused and not refurbished products. Our batteries undergo a rigorous inspection process upon entering our inventory. This is indeed the real thing, directly from Motorola's manufacturing facilities.

Question: Whats the difference between the SNN5865A and SNN5865?
Answer: There are the same batteries, not of a difference.

Question: have a bh5x battery would like extended life battery but does it need new cover and will it still fit in my otterbox
Answer: You will indeed need a slightly extended battery door, that will most likely not fit in an otterbox case.

Question: What is the date of manufacture of the BH5X that I would receive?
Answer: I current lot ranges from late 2010 to 2011.

Question: My old Battery is EH5X 3.7, so which Battery will fit my Motorola X?
Answer: We have never heard of or seen an EH5x. This BH5X however is a direct replacement from Motorola for the Motorola Droid X and Droid X2.

Question: We just recieved our new battery. How long is the recomended first charge, as there were no instructions.
Answer: Ideally up to 16 hours, with the device powered down and not in use. Minimum would be anywhere from 8 to 12 under the same conditions.

Question: Are the BH5X and the BH6X the same exact size?
Answer: No. Both their physical size and 'battery' size are indeed different.

Question: The battery currently in my DROIDX is a BH5X and dated March 2011; it can barely hold a charge. Do you have any batteries dated at least 2012? I hate to buy a replacement battery that doesn't work any better than what I currently have. Thanks!
Answer: A sample from our current stock reads 2011. Keep in mind these dates are not old enough to cause the issues you describe. With proper cycle charging and battery these dates are irrelevant (unless excessively old).

Question: if i order the droid x battery will it be new?
Answer: All products we carry, including this battery are brand new and unused.

Comment: Needed this for my 2 year old Droid X. It is working very well after almost a month. The mfg date on the battery I received was April 2011. I wish it was manufactured at least this year, but like I said, it is working great so far.

Comment: I needed a replacement battery for my cranky old Droid X2. This did the trick. It's genuine Motorola, does what it's designed to do, and is sold at a very reasonable price. What more could I ask for? Perhaps, fast shipping? Well, I got that, too. :)
