Answer: Yes, the sizes you mentioned will fit in this pouch.
Question: So this will fit with the monaco extended battery, it wont be to tight?
Answer: Unfortunately, it will not fit with the Monaco Extended Battery size. The Premium Horizontal Business Pouch only fits with the standard size phone.
Question: Will this fit the Samsung Stratosphere with an extended battery? If not, what will?
Answer: Unfortunately, the Premium Horizontal Business Pouch will not fit on to a Samsung Stratosphere extended battery.
Question: will this fit a samsung infuse 4g with extened battery
Answer: Unfortunately, this case cannot accommodate the extra size from the extended battery.

Comment: First of all, you can't beat the price. The belt loops provide an added security against the case falling to the ground. I purchased the first one 8 months ago and over time (and a lot of abuse catching it on things) the two belt loops finally gave out. I just purchased two more so I have one as a spare. My HTC Thunderbolt fits perfectly and the slot along the bottom of the case makes it easy to push the phone out of the case high enough to enable my fat fingers to grasp it along the top and pull it out. The cover stays closed no matter what I do. I can open it and plug in my car charger into my phone when when traveling which is very convient. Not to mention I get a lot of complements on the carbon fiber look. I only wish it came in an oversized model for the extended battery.
