Requirements of establishing an
account:
- Reseller ordering available worldwide.
- We only sell to wireless accessory resellers
already engaged in the business of cell phone or PDA accessories, no
consumers.
- Industry references may be needed to approve
an account setup application, must
provide upon request.
- Must provide a valid Resale Certificate #
and copy of actual certificate upon request.
- WirelessGround.com reserves the right to
refuse business or terminate any account in its sole discretion.
Reseller Terms: Any other terms on WirelessGround.com do not apply to reseller accounts besides the ones below.
- Order minimum is $50 per order.
- Orders are shipped out most of the time
within 1 business day, a tracking number will be e-mailed to your account
email address after shipment is processed. Delays in shipment may occur.
- 1 year limited warranty on all non-OEM items
that are defective, original items may have a warranty with the
manufacturer.
- No returns.
- Most items are in bulk packaging, you can
check before ordering.
- If order quantities cannot be fulfilled, you
will be contacted. Our streamlined inventory is correct 99% of the
time, but it is a possibility that the inventory count can be not accurate.
- Minimum quantity per item is 2 on most
items, there may be no minimum quantity required to purchase on certain items. Certain
products have volume discounts which are stated in the product listing.
Shipping:
United States/Canada: We only ship via UPS. We automatically ship UPS Ground for all shipments,
unless you state a different type of UPS shipping method in the comments box. All shipping fees will be billed on your
credit card after we process your order. We charge you only what our shipping cost is, no handling charge.
Canadian customers will most likely pay customs duty taxes, please check with
your local customs office and UPS for information.
Payment Terms:
Credit Card:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Order
will only be shipped only to the billing address of the credit card.
Wire Transfer:
please email your order to
wholesale@wirelessground.com instead of submitting it through our online
ordering system. We will then reserve inventory for you, and contact you with
banking details. Once the wire transfer is received, our shipping department
will ship out the same day. For non US/Canadian customers, wire transfer in
advance is the only payment method accepted.
Product Inspection upon arrival:
Inspection of all items purchased from WirelessGround.com is the sole
responsibility of the customer. This inspection must be made within five (5)
business days of the tracked delivery date. WirelessGround.com is not responsible for
missing items after five (5) business days of delivery date, regardless of error
or fault. Please notify us ASAP if any problems arise with a shortage or error
in the order so our warehouse can complete a detailed inspection.
Refused shipments during delivery:
Freight damage claims should be filed directly with the shipping carrier. If the purchaser
refuses to accept shipment for any
reason, WirelessGround.com is entitled to a twenty five (25) percent restocking
fee from the total of the purchase amount.
Special Orders: If you make a special
order with an account representative, a percentage of the order amount may be required in
advance via wire transfer or other prepaid payment method.
