Answer: Yes, but for the Blackberry 8320 you need to use or buy a Mini-USB charge cable (item # 26807).

Question: unit stopped charging, is there a fuse that could have gone bad?
Answer: Unfortunately their is no user replaceable fuse on this model. Please contact our customer service department for further details.

Answer: Unfortunately those details are not referenced on the charger, or are not stated by Verizon. However as this device can charge multiple devices (phones) it is safe to assume it is around 1 amp, or 1000 mA.
